This monochrome 160x128 graphic LCD display module includes a compact PCB design, measuring 129.00 mm (W) x 102.00 mm (H) x 12.00 mm (T), and provides a spacious viewing area of 101.00 mm x 82.00 mm for clear and detailed graphics. It utilizes the RA6963 / SAP1024 controller IC and supports an 8-bit parallel interface (6800), functioning on a standard 5V power supply, with an optional 3V negative voltage generator.

The 160x128 graphic LCD display series features a built-in PCB that streamlines installation by removing the need for additional board designs. The PCB is equipped with four strategically positioned screw holes, ensuring effortless mounting on various devices. This module operates reliably within a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃ and can handle storage conditions from -30℃ to +80℃.
