160x32 Graphic LCD Display Module

This monochrome 160x32 graphic LCD display module features a compact PCB design with dimensions of 116.00 mm (W) x 35.00 mm (H) x 11.50 mm (T), offering a generous viewing area of 83.00 mm x 18.50 mm for sharp and clear graphic visuals. It is equipped with the AIP31020 / ST7920 controller IC and supports an 8-bit parallel interface (6800), operating on a standard 5V power supply, with an optional 3V negative voltage generator.

The 160x32 graphic LCD display series comes with a built-in PCB, which simplifies the installation by eliminating the need for separate board design. The PCB includes four strategically located screw holes to facilitate easy mounting on various devices. This module operates effectively within a temperature range of -20℃ to +70℃ and can endure storage conditions from -30℃ to +80℃.
